Which of These Liquids, 7up, Milk, Water, or Orange Juice, Will Make A Plant Sprout Faster?

Hypothesis 
 I think that milk will make a plant sprout faster because it has a lot of nutrients.  
 
Abstract 
 I want to find out which liquid would make a plant sprout faster. 
 
Materials   
  • 4 cups
  • 4 seeds 
  • 1 ruler 
  • soil 
  • 7up,milk,water,orange juice 
     
Procedure   
1. I would plant each seed in a different cup.
2. I would put water in cup 1,7up in cup 2,etc.
3. Each week I would measure the plants and record them in my journal.
 
Results   
 Even though the plant with the milk had a fast start,the plant with the water catched up. It was much healthier than the other plants. The plants with the milk and orange juice died and the 7up didnít even grow. The plants with the water was much bolder than the plants with the milk and orange juice.After a couple of days the plant with the milk had a odor.  
 
 
Conclusion 
 The plant with the water sprouted faster and grew healthier than the other plants.
