How To Apply:

Each application is reviewed by the Residency Selection Committee under the direction of the Program Director. Interviews are granted based on your clear interest in Pediatrics, your letters of recommendation, your transcripts, your curriculum vitae, and your Board scores. To arrange an elective, for questions or for more information, call us at (312) 633-6530. 

Applications are no longer being accepted for the residency year beginning in July of 1998. We have filled all our residency positions. See our match results in our upcoming newsletter. We will be accepting applications for the 1999 year beginning in the summer. 

You may send a completed universal application with the appropriate documents to the address below.  The Cook County Pediatrics Residency program has not yet begun to distribute or accept applications through electronic means. As a result, if you want to send an application to Cook County, you must contact:
